The sunsynk has 3xMPPT all with same current capability which is nice. Time for a little play in easypv if I have time this weekend... There's an 8kw solis single phase but it has different current capability on each of the 2xMPPTs which is a bit annoying imho

Regarding time of use tariffs I recently saw a 'Gary does solar' video on utube where he had a usage/saving calculator which looked like it might be worth a second look. Not tried it myself, no idea what assumptions are behind it.

If I had lots of land I'd be asking myself about ignoring the roofs completely as scaffolding cost could be removed if you ground mount the panels, and they would be easier to maintain or upgrade too. I'd think about where ground mounted panels could go and the length of cable needed to connect...
