Ye so that rail needs sorting first, which I can do in the morning.  I thought ce mark was just for things being sold? this is just an in house build.  Only other thing is the cable sizing, anyone done anything like it before? 

Not a clue but it mite be used a few places so put it in. It's just got to go wherever the lads go to work. First time iv ever done anything like this, no drawings just some bits and bobs the old electrician got in. 

Yes just a insulated terminal bar, it has slight think layer of plastic on the back, think they just bought them cheap, just so I don't have a neutral bar floating round in the box lol. So I can figure hat out and will have to have a proper look into what cables between the mcbs I need but think...

So thinking 16 MM to first mcb then.  Yes it was a joke, not many ways to get the neutral pinned down apart from the way I suggested unless anyone knows another way?

Just used the sy because it's just left over cable, not needed for any real reason. The neutral bar Is attached to the back plate(there is backing on it) wanted a plastic but and bolt but mite just take it all off and wrap some tape round it. No idea what the earthing is its for out in Thailand...

ye i have asked them to get me a quote, think it will be on the expensive side even tho they do look really good! looking at a company in hungry at the moment, dont think the quality will be as high standard but saves me building one myself.
