There must be another one out the back somewhere (or basement?). Assuming that the one you think is all rainwater is out front. Take a look at other houses next door and see if they have 2.

Just get a sheet of plywood, put CU, sockets, lights and switches on it, wire everything from behind. Feed it from a 3A fused 3-pin plug and 3-core flex wired into the main switch of the CU with earth wire to main earth terminal.

I assume you had a powerflush done. He would have used some sort of mechanical vibration on the radiators to loosen the sludge within them, which in turn could have loosened any earth bonding on the water pipe(s)
I can see the logic in having standard sizes of boxes in a delivery van. Easier to stack and identify, plus less chance of losing that piddly little package that might fall off the back.
