Before the heater was installed, when I got up at 4am the smart meter read 5p usage, since it was installed it's reading 28p usage ??? Both switches are off???  The heater isn't warming up either?

Hi guys, I am having problems with a new...Newlec storage heater,  it is switched off at both wall switches (economy 7  +fan) but according to our smart meter it is using electric overnight, have you any ideas why???
