Andy, Customer sorted isolater, he said he contacted NEDL and they said contact British Gas who he pays the bill to, they have there own team who do ther own customers isolaters. Northeast area. Surely they would make sure it had a 60a fuse in it before re-fitting and re-sealing with it...

Funny enough it says on the outside of fuse holder, seals still in place. British gas fitted isolater I can only assume he made sure it was a 60a fuse when he re-sealed it.

Hello all. Been asked to change C.U. which is supplied by D.P. isolater and about 5 mtrs of 16mm2 tails going under garage floor and up internal wall double garage in plastic conduit to old C.U. My query is do i need some kind of protection for the tails with them been more than 3 mtrs. Cheers.
