the reason i posted this is because i have a totally unreliable system with 2d bulbs with the emergency and non emergency keep going,I am told pir is not suitable and i thought the lads who work on the ground might have more practical advice that a sales rep. I am looking to start from scratch
If you were starting from scratch with corridor 24hr lighting in an apartment block
what i best, 2d lamps,led lamps, pir switching, individual battery packs in lights, or a cental battery back up, could be a job for the best soluion

hi i manage an apartment block and have massive cost with gear trays going.
type lighting 2d hf 28w.
I am considering switching to led bulbs with emergency back up central battery as oppose to battery pack in each unit.
At a later stage I might want pir switching would this still be possible...
