    Fluke, Metrel, Kewtech MFT

I had the same predicament not that long ago! My first choice was megger, but my budget would not stretch that far. I use a kewtech kt65 at work and found it ok but not robust enough. So it was either a metrel or fluke. I done lots of research and eventually decided on the fluke 1652c and I...

Is it as easy as say 6mm l and n cores and steel csa is 6mm? Table i1 in osg doesn't mention swa.... Thanks

I would either go for a high integrity cu with an rcbo on the unprotected side of the rcd for solar or a separate cu (garage board) solely for the use of the solar. If you don't do this you run the risk of the...

Meter Tail installation that exceed 3 meters length passing through the building fabric?

Some really interesting comments, thanks for all advice... Cavity wall suggestion of mine was stupid, just trying to interpret the regs as best I can, without breaching building control. (I don't get the 50mm depth, if you chase any deeper you weaken the block work and breach building...

Hi, Please help............ Up until now I have been lucky enough to install CU's almost directly side by side to the main incoming supply/meter. I have just been asked to wire a new build from scratch and my lack of experience in this situation has raised a question... The plans show the...
