    Is it a closed system, check the water pressure on the boiler may need topping.. Also has the system got Trv's on the radiators??

    You need to get a scart to rf converter to send the signal via the coax. And a universal remote sender as the standard sky magic eye will not work on virgin.

    It should just work straight away without any issues, the only setting you may need to change is the wireless network names, so you don't have the routers clashing over network names. Ie router 1 and router 2.

    I would try and find a wholesalers that also has done setup on display, as I have found there are so many different types on the market at present. Some offering better brightness and different colors.

    Hi A lot of offices I work on and test the emergency lights varies. But personally I think keeping the standard lights on while testing the emergency lights a better method as doesn't disturb people working

    Swapping a switch for a dimmer

    The wires that go to L1 on the old switch need to go to C (common) on the dimmers and the wires that go to L2 on the old switch go to L1 on the dimmer. The load should be fine as well.

    I did my 16th Ed while doing a 3 yr electrical apprent. Then I came totally out of elec work for about 6 yrs and for last 5yrs have been a maintenance electrician where I have gained my 17th and test/inspec. So really I should be able to join one of the schemes without the worry of part P???
