I am changing my bathroom pull switch to a wall switch. I’ve made a channel in the wall for the cable. Can I simply clip 2 core and earth cable to the wall and plaster over it or do I need some protection to cover the cable before I plaster ?

Looks like the wires have been put in the wrong terminals as well!
