I have emailed growatt over and over again about reserved mode but no response for my sph6000 with 20kw battery. Also notice around 8pm can't drag more than about a KW from the battery for maybe an hour although it doesn't say reserved mode during this period. Also asked them before question but...

Lol none taken at all. it's a good starting point to try and understand the best way to set things up to keep the bills down and also get the info I want. At present seem to be using sunshine app,zappi app and Skoda app to try and work out everything with probably a vaillant ASHP app next week...
