growatt battery query

I have emailed growatt over and over again about reserved mode but no response for my sph6000 with 20kw battery.
Also notice around 8pm can't drag more than about a KW from the battery for maybe an hour although it doesn't say reserved mode during this period.
Also asked them before question but still no answer over two months ago

Another short question, within the setting parameters there is a section dry connect – heater first / generator first / dry disable
