    Thanks for the advise guys. The problem I have is that the new build is a house plus annex and potentially contains two kitchens. Mr Part P has suggested I need two supplies to the property unless I can get my calculations under 80A.

    CU Advise

    35mm SWA as new build is being feed from meter box on stable block (didn't want to pay YEDL to move it again). Put 35mm in to allow for volt drop as submain is approx. 50 metres from meter box.

    Can anyone give me some advise on a nice looking Consumer Unit for my own self build project? I would prefer a flush mountable one with a metal back box if possible and it needs to accomodate a 35mm feed. Thanks.
