140mm IP downlight

I need some decent IP44 downlights 140mm in diameter with a bright white light.

Its for a dominos store under the outside shop front sign. They currently have these 70w metal halide IP20!

In a pretty poor state due to being not too far from the sea. Any ideas folks?
