Could try an electrical wholesaler , Brummy.
You'd think. But no luck so far! Just asking on here to save more phone calls.. Will check out the forum sponsor website now.

I'm hunting for prices as I need ten of them!.

Thanks Mr Canoe. :)

I've checked their websites though and they'd need a hefty discount to get close to my local Denmans or Screwfix prices. And that's just for commando plugs and sockets. Not a splitter in sight. :(

Back to google it seems.

good show,

they'll be top quality too, they are silverline,!  :slap

I'd reckon on probably limiting it to about 6amp per splitter if I were you.  ;)

Thanks! I've had lots of great Silverline products so reckon they'll be fine. If they weren't rated at 16A they wouldn't conform to BS4343, BS EN603095, IEC309-2 and CEE17 would they?

Have you a better suggestion please?

They may be used for 300W lamps at some point but mostly the load will be less than 30W a leg! :)

when it all burns down, thats when you will have the problems,

yep, Ive had some 'ok' silverline stuff,

but, I most deffo wouldnt be signing my name to anything Id be doing using their gear,

they will have a get out clause ensuring the onus is on you to ensure it is suitably rated for its purpose, try suing them if you are rich enough,

its basic economics, you get what you pay for,.

So that's a no then.

I'm very aware of you get what you pay for, I'm struggling to find options to buy and am just grateful to find any for sale!

one day when im passing preston i will call in just for the hell of it... problem being, preston isnt really on the way to or from anywhere heading back to newcastle
TBH the trade counter side is a bit of a dump. I've been a couple of times as its quite near my inlaws.

Don't take a car trailer into the narrow little carpark - no good to park.

It's a bit like Argos, but you seem to have to wait longer.

I do love CPC but the trade counter doesn't really do it for me.
