17th edition exam only South West

Hi I am looking to do the full 17th edition exam. I have been looking at courses and from what I can gather it is just class room based where in reality they are teaching you how to read a book.

These course are usually 4 days and at

A company called "Hornbill engineering" in South wales do a 17th only; 1 hr course - for
