I am guessing, but, I think that Tony posted the Seinmetz document, because its by the, Steinmetz, that came up with this:

Ohhh  !  That Steinmetz !!    I thought he was on about this other Steinmetz .   Oh yeah !   I use the old Steinmetz Equation every day  , can't get through the day without it really .
