does it have an isolator ? are the neutrals in the correct positions on n-bar

but is does look neat

yours benji

Nice and neat that,, well done!Only thing I'd say is that for a large board like that is that you should consider using cable markers to identify the circuits
I concur

nice and neat Applaud Smiley

not keen on the board choice but thats just a personal preference, does look neat though and smart for a 1st 3 phase.

Observation, top left mcb has no outgoing circuit connected, should remove it really and use a blank instead but that's me being picky :) Guinness

its actually a reg, dunno the number, but all conductors must be clearly identified,

NOT the terminals, the CONDUCTORS.

looks neat tho.

but I would deffo pull the marking on an inspection, its a nightmare in singles when you have circuits with no neutrals especially after a while when markings no longer visible on board.

Very neat looking.

Will each cable stretch to anywhere on the board, if for instance someone decided to have a shuffle round?

I Agree it is a Very neat DB, But I must agree with Spinlondon, commercial installations have a habit of having new equipment, "we've got a new machine, can ya just wire it in for us". I personally make all the cables the same length, It's definately not a neat way of terminating the DB (a few cable ties, tuck 'em in neatly), but it makes it easier for future expansion. Especially if they have to have a new/larger DB to accomodate the new machine/circuits etc. Sorry but not being picky, Just had too many experiences of "Why didn't they just cut 'em 2" 'longer', when changing DB's/Circuit alterations...Etc

yes it has a isolator and i did not provide the board or mcbs!!!! also the top left is for lighting witch was not connected when i took pic?!!!1

all cables are numbered just abouve in the trunking. so i know were it all goes. as for moving equiptment all machines and run from board.

means you having to trace the cable, splitting cable ties etc,

sorry,

should be marked adjacent to the termination.

but, not bad at all for a 1st go, :)

will do next time!!!

if u looked at it would u think it was done profesionaly ?

Looks very Impressive Electro, Well Done.

I'd Just echo what the others have said - Identify them just before they enter the Circuit Breaker. :)

as opposed to you being DIY.?

yep, Ive seen a helluva lot worse, done by so called professionals.

like I said, looks good, and the markings is a very common thing by guys who do single phase/domestics, mainly.

just makes it really hard to add/modify/fault find/test for someone else.

akin to not marking up a house board and then just putting the cables in whatever terminal you feel like with disregard to the way number,

and remember, in single phase its usually a lot easier to match up L+N+E due to T&E cables mostly.
