Would depend on cable run or conduit run and derating factors.

For instance a 4 mtr stright run between boxes could hold 10 live 1.5 cables.

However physical sizes may prevent you getting them all in if there are bends etc.

Without looking it up , about 10 or 12 at a pinch , with through boxes in the right places etc. PVC cables tend to bind on PVC conduit, as opposed to steel, theres a proper silicon type spray that helps, then so does WD40 , liquid soap, Swarfega etc or a bar of guey soap.

When people say you can't do that, its from years ago when the cable was VIR and tallow or lubricant rotted the insullation, which was waxed for pulling in anyway.
