Was in a place today and someone called "newport city homes" [they are a housing association in newport] want 5 people to employ as "compliance officers" I read the thing and they want them to go round doing EICR's and general pointing out dodgy stuff that will then have to be rectified by others, Anyway they want 5 of them and the pay was about £26,000 As for quals it just said apprenticeship and 17th edition and mentioned some C+G in installation. It said the point of the thing was to make sure things were ok for the benefit of their insurers..
