accenta G4

i have swopped my led rkp for an lcd model it arms and un arms the system ok but the display is constantly showing flag 3 the system software info. and i cant scroll thru anything. have tried it in both engineers mode and customers.

is it bllxd???

I believe the G3 was incomaptible with LCD RKP's. The G4 however can use both.

I don't tend to get involved with Accentas, but I'd try defaulting it and start again as it only takes 10 mins to program.

Is the tamper spring switch on the back of the RKP properly located operating?

What happens with BOTH LED & LCD keypads connected?

thanks for the help guys. the lcd screen is not compatable and just defaults to the software info but the buttons still work the same as an led rkp.
