Android On Windows

does anyone know how i can get android onto my windows machine so that i can use android but stll have wiondows as my main package/os

There are many emulators. A lot of people rave over bluestacks. Though I haven't tried it myself.

The official Google Android emulator is terrible. GenyMotion also gets plenty of +1's
