Anytronics Contractor 12 Dimmer Pack - Fault

Got a panic, that I might have to try & fit in tomorrow evening!!!

Hotel has a BIG wedding in their function room - this dimmer pack runs ALL the lighting in the function room.

Reported fault this afternoon - I assumed it had tripped. No such luck!

We have supply lights ( power & electronics). No DMX comms light, and no channel operation lights.

Checked the docs, and changed the DMX address to put it into "test" mode, where the dim/100%@1 dip switches operate as on/off for each channel - still no output.

The DMX isn`t complex - one pulsar 12 key panel (with repeater), and one Pulsar programmer - the damn thing isn`t listening to the DMX at all - nor is it outputting - so I`m thinking there is an issue on the control electronics board.

Anyone know anything about these units; or have any ideas?

Can't collect it tonight, Hr. Carlsberg has had an effect!

I'm out @ an horrendous time in the a.m. but I could get it to them as an "URGENT" if you need it.

They are good at quick turn arounds, though the speed is reflected in the cost.

I think one of my contacts ( just come off the phone now) can "loan" them another dimmer pack..........
