i think the minimum wage will apply. How much he does get would have something to do with how useful he is. does he work hard or stroll in 2 hours late every day?and is this affected by the minimum wage legislation (the boy has turned 18).
That'll be teenagers for you - his mum does the cleaning, shame she doesn't come to work with him :^Oalways keen but the messiest worker in the world, you could follow his mess round the job and know exactly where he'd worked, dont forget as good as he is, with the current climate, he needs you more than you need him.
