I have a Aurora Powerone system .Am I able to alter settings so I gain more KW per hour as I am only getting 2kw per hour with 18 panels. I have bought the system from the supplier but I have a sneaky feeling they are still getting my excessive energy. Can anyone help

But what panels are they! So this is a freefit you've bought from the owner? Did you get the FiT transferred to yourself?

I have Monocrystaline panels. That is correct about the freefit and yes I have bought them. I have the system transferred several weeks ago. They sent a engineer around to inspect the system but he told me that he had only been working with the company for a week and he struggled with this old system
