Hi everyone, been a while since I last came on here for advice on the 206... I passed so thanks for the help.
I am 29 years old and have just finished my Level 2 C&G. I'm starting the Level 3 in September and am looking for work either local to Egham or in London, starting as soon as possible. I got distinctions in all of my modules at college, but haven't had a great deal of practical experience (other than what we did in the workshop at college). I'm currently working in landscaping, tree surgery and garden maintenance, and also have an A-Level in Design & Technology, so I know my way around a toolbox. But I know I don't want to do the level 3 without backing it up by working in the industry. I'm not expecting big money or anything like that, I'm just really keen to start working and possibly do my NVQ at the same time. I'm only one train from Waterloo, so London would be great.
If anyone can point me in the right direction or just give me some advice, I would really appreciate it. I'm a hard worker, I pick things up quickly and I don't answer back.
Thanks for any help.
