Does anyone has an idea why i can't transfer my photo from my balckberry to my lapotop? I normally took a picture of my workshop task in college for my own file , but its all in my mobile and i can't find any option in my blackberry desctop manager .. a little help please ... thank you

I have the BlackBerry Storm. Mine messes up every now and again then the software needs up dating.

my BB syncs with computer, then appears as drive L: so i can go copy anything from there

What version of desctop mnager you have andy?

I uploaded the lates one but still i cant work it out..

V 4.2.2.14 (april 26 2007) - even though i only got he phone in January

even without desktop manager, my laptop sees it as an external drive

Thanks for the idea Andy , i got it now , i can transfer everything now from my BB to my laptop, and thats even without using the desctop manager , thanks again , BTW , i have the latest version of desctop manager 4.7 something , but i think i dont need desctop manager now . cheers bro.

just go to my computer and find the drive. on mine (XP), when i connect anything, it bring up a box asking what i want to do (i.e play audio files, view files, do nothing etc)
