They do it all the time, there's loads of stuff they browse collate & sell I think it's quite a money spinner, people pay good money even for manual's for example say a pair of Bose speakers, free if you contact the manufacturer but these guys contact Bose they email a copy then they sell it on Ebay for

 
I reckon the e-books which are on the CD have been downloaded free from scribd.com.

Seems to be alot of electrical course books if you search for the author,

like : Christopher Kitcher, A. J. Watkins, Brian Scaddan, Trevor Linsley.

Basically theres s*** loads on the disc most as pdf's....wouldn't like to be in the sellers shoes when copyright get on to them.

But for six quid not bad I suppose.

 
I did get a sililar one a year or so back that had loads of software on it too. And one with some Megger video's that had been ripped form DVD's.
