theres been a lot of hype lately about what schoolkids have in their sandwich boxes. Too much chocolate, crisps, cakes etc not enough fruit.
So come on guys (and gals) what do YOU have in yours?
For the record I have:
2 pieces of fruit
2 sandwiches on wholemeal - beef with horseradish my fave
2 packs low fat biscuits
slice of cake
As much coffee as anyone will give me.
For the record I am not that fit and either overweight or under tall but am trying to do something about it!
