theres been a lot of hype lately about what schoolkids have in their sandwich boxes. Too much chocolate, crisps, cakes etc not enough fruit.

So come on guys (and gals) what do YOU have in yours?

For the record I have:

2 pieces of fruit

2 sandwiches on wholemeal - beef with horseradish my fave

2 packs low fat biscuits

slice of cake

As much coffee as anyone will give me.

For the record I am not that fit and either overweight or under tall but am trying to do something about it!

1 piece of fruit

1 sandwich,,,, low fat bread

1 packet low fat biscuits (2 in a packet)

weight-watchers crisps

breakfast

2 slices of toast, low fat

bowl trim flakes

muller low fat rice

orange juice

coffee

lost 10lb since Jan 2

6lb of that was xmas crap

1 packet crisps (sometimes low fat, sometimes not)

1 banana

1 cake bar

1 yoghurt or muller rice

I`m not overweight, other than christmas junk; andGuinness storage facility:^O:^O:^O

 
2, maybe 3 sandwiches (corned beef/roast beef/ha&cheese or whatever.

couple of small oranges,

couple of small chocolate wafers.

prob go to butty shop for a sausage&egg/bacon sarnie in morning.

depends what Im at tho as to whether I have time some days to eat at all.

about a stone and a half underweight, I must do too much running about.!

 
As much food as I can find in the fridge/cupboard, normally, for a 10 ish hour day

Four rounds of sarnies

Big wedge of homemade fruitcake

chocolate muffin

Pack of Malted Milks

and no I'm not a fat b******, I just like food

 
1 sandwich, bag of crisps, 2 chocolate bars. That gets eaten for breakfast, and so often have a bag of crisps for dinner.

Not massively overweight, but have gained 2st in just over a year. Couldn't diet if my life depended on it!

 
2 or 3 fruit, tuna salad, 2 cereal bars, yogurt,

still in good shape

 
I'm allowed school dinners like lurch, but I usually go for a bacon sausage and egg sarny around 10ish, and packet of crisps for din dins.

i have a bucket under the seat in the van full of chocolate, crisps/other snacks....

on the seat there is usually something from greggs etc
