Hi all,
I went to replace a cracked light lamp holder with a new pendant light when I came across some cabling I have never seen before. There was 2 cables:
1. Red outer insulation containing 2 cores (Red, Live and Green, Earth)
2. Black single core connected to the neutral.
I have not been into the loft to chase the cables yet, however I was just wondering, is this just an old type of wiring?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
