Can i organise NVQ 3 Assesor???

I am a mature student currently working on my NVQ 3 and have been told by the college that i have to be working full time with a company insured to offer apprenticeships before they can orgainse an assesor to come out to sign me off. My recent company let me go due to liquidation, so i am doing contract work as an electricians mate. The college have basically deemed this not good enough and wouldnt be prepared to sort out my assessment at the end of this up and coming academic year???

Does anyone know if i am able to personally organise and pay an assessor to come out to me? If i can does anyone know what they roughly charge in the North East area.

Try Delta Training in Blackpool, you take photo's of your work and they organise it into an e-portfolio for you, at least that how it used to be. Give them a call. Its not cheap though. Welcome to the forum.
