I have the possibility of a council contract, and they want CHAS or equivalent. Now no having done any site work for years, my JIB card expired ages ago, and I'm not too impressed at paying money to yet another quango like CHAS. In my opinion you only need **** like that if you employ firkin morons, and I don't, and we haven't had more than a trivial accident in 8 years of trading.
