Evening all,

Would you kind gents/ladies please look over my quote,

job details:-

3 storey, 6 bedroom, 2 living room house. originally a hotel being made back to family house.

Quoting for

new c/u

49 2gang sockets

26 downlights

17 pendants

bonding (they are getting DNOs to move incomer to understairs)

no plastering, plaster chucker was there at time i was looking over for first time.

Doesn't include a possible cooker circuit( customer hasn't decided on cooker so quoting on speculation seperately)

without wholesale prices or any bulk discounts applied i figure the mats around

My price without any on site visit would agree with M107's estimate.

Above 5k would invite cowboys, who I am sure can do it for

Thanks for replies, think i will look at it again try rejig things, forgot about radials for bedrooms tbh, that should knock some off. Will pay my helper less too lol.

Edit** It is Lancashire (need to update my info) so will aim for the 4.8k range , fingers crossed I get the job

I think around 5.5 K is fairly accurate, if not a little cheap.Depends a little on the area.
Depends a little? Depends a lot!

You'd be sitting at home all day everyday if you lived here :)

Allow 1.5 hours per point plus materials. You shouldn't be too far out there. You know what you can charge on a daily basis, so this way stops you from pricing 'other' area prices ;)
