Hello all,

My company has been trading for almost a year, we specialise in HVAC control wiring and have been using a subcontractor for around six months on a rate of

 
hiya

there are no CIS rates

his hourly rate is sorted out between yourselves,,you just deduct 20% and pay that to the tax man

i work as a subby to my mate sometimes ,we negotiate sometimes to get the job but that is as far as it goes

Think OP was enquiring what to expect per hour for his level of qualification rather than what the set rate of pay was?!

 
im subcontracting, i have been for the same firm for a while now, provide my own tools and van and im only on
