coils in motors

Are all coils in motor starters shown up as presence of under voltage protective devices on a schedule of inspection? I know there is a 230volt neutral coil in some are there any different coils and are they all listed as under voltage?.Im not a 3 phase man really that is why im asking the question?

r.b this would depend whether they are under the scope of bs7671 really as a schedule of inspections is a 7671 document, they may not be within the scope.
