Control Gear - Head Banging

Guys

when you are having one of those days, it's always nice to pass on the daily head banger.

So...

Can I get this new ballast to work...  Can I heck as like.

Could someone please have a look at these two and point me to how I wire this ****** up, because I'm just not getting it.  Osram, were of no use when I called them.

Well the diagram is quite clear.

So check you are getting continuity of each of the filaments. If one is open circuit (dodgy lamp holder?) then it won't work.

as above, diagram is about as clear as it can get. connections are in a different order, but easy to figure it out

and dont forget you need to have both tubes in for it to work.

And make sure you follow the diagram exactly!!! Every version of these beasts seems to have a different wiring diagram so you may not be replacing like with like!
