Cooker hob tripping RCD split

Hi I cleaned my cooker earlier required it up and oven/grill works fine but now any and all 4 hobs when turn on trips rcd split on fuse box other forums point to moisture that may settle itself when drys a bit. Is there any other possible things I could try to check any other damage has not been done please I beg not to be to technical tho will have to educate my self to a technical answer

either a case of take it apart to find the dampness and dry it or leave it a few days to dry on its own

Use the oven and the heat will help dry out the hob.
