a/ prevarication

b/ avoidance

c/ denial

d/ lateral demarcation

It’s take me 2½Hrs to get a straight Yes or No answer to a relatively simple question!

Yes there is a culture of passing the buck and not being able to answer a question without answering with a question.

No training course just a culture of inbreeding.

The NHS is the same...

I believe they can also be eligible to go on the Traffic Police sarcasm course, if successful then it is staright onto the Trumpton 'holier than thou' course.

shop assistants 'glaring' course

muppet at the trade counter 'anybody ever seen this before' course
