... Anyone watching or watched the episode of "Cowboy Trap" on BBC 1?

I got bored in the first two minutes, Two different families, too much talking and too much going back and forth between the two - Repeating things over and over again. Grr.

Yes, I've noticed this trend - seems to afflict the commercial channels the most. I think it's a tactic to pad out the programme to fit the schedule and to keep costs down. I find it very irritating and frankly an insult to my intelligence. Probably an "Americanism" to cope with an audience with low IQs.

I have not watched many of them, I have wrote a couple of times to the producers of the program about the sheer lack of expertise when it comes to definitions used to describe electrical work.

They do not even reply, so I just let their useless researchers carry on misinforming the public about misinformed practice, its a bit of a double wammy really.

Giving bad incorrect advise is as bad as the cowboys who they are after.

I agree with you there. It's just come to me in a flash that one would be better off coresponding with the BBC Trust rather than the producers of the programme.
