Did a cu changed for an Asian landlord a few years back,,,,needed it done quick as it had burnt out,,,rough quote given.

listed loads of faults when testing.......fixed them all and was well over the initial price...cert given one day,,,cheque on the doormat the next day with a thankyou note.

you never know....
