I also increase the profitability of the business by buying most of my materials and tools from companies that deliver. Again, saves on non productive time (driving and hanging around counters) and van running costs.

Oh, and I count a 'day' as 8 working hours generally. But I'm not a 'clock watcher' (I come from a background of being 'salaried').
