That is what the solar pv installer fitted for taking the cables into my attic. Nice and neat as they put the vent right next to the last connection on the solar string.

Is that just 1 tile you have removed without any need to cut any?

And are those just the held in place by gravity sort of tiles? as in No nails to remove or replace?

Indeed it is one tile mate. Excellent positioning. :)

 
I dropped lucky.... Managed to do it without any cutting of tiles what so ever..

I did however have to reposition it by about 1/2 inch from my first attempt to get it like that

None of the tiles that I removed were nailed so I just slotted them back as they were
