Dimplex Fx20Ti - Spare Parts?

Hello

In our bathroom we have a Dimplex FX20Ti fan heater. It is the only heating in there. Recently it has been misbehaving and there appears to be a fault with the element.

I have tried looking online and I cannot seem to find a source of spare parts. Anyone any good contacts?

ah, common problem, its set to 2kw when it should be on 1 , small room is it?

it will eventually burn the element out if its set to 2kw and keeps overheating,

Not tested it. Element has a number of rows. They used to get uniformly warm - now row closest to thermal trip glows bright red and then trips out in the space of 10 seconds. Clearly knackered!

No central heating here so need it set high!

I will ring that company tomorrow.

No pull cord. We use a neon on the ceiling to turn it on. Don't need a timer either.

A good 2KW replacement is a valid option!
