Door Entry/intercom system

A customer wants a door entry system with a fob entry, ideally cordless handset for his office which is upstairs with a downstairs front door. No-one else uses the door but he is sick of people coming in who are looking for the business downstairs, but doesn't want to have his staff getting up from their desks everytime the buzzer goes and as they've just had a major refurb minimal wiring is the order of the day.

I've looked all over for a system to do both without luck, most seem to be fob entry or intercom entry not both.

Any reccomendations??? ray

He wants cheap, How about 2 lengths of string and some eyelets. One piece of string routed through the eyelets and tied round the door latch and the other has a baked bean tin on either end and stretched tight.

I assume 61R/V + SP380 + argos handset would be cheapest way to do cordless ?

Instead of key fob entry, why not try key pad entry?

I dont see why you couldnt have both with a dual contactor/relay doing the actual door opening, being fed from the fob and phone seperately...
