was chatting to my neighbour today, and he had a quote to install 20 down lighters.. the quote was

he got the quote before i knew him... in the end he got 4 down lighters and 3 pendants..

it was for a new extention...

as said the quote can vary hugely just on the lights that are fitted, you can buy cheapo downlights for
