Just a quick question....

I know that when installing electrics into the garden from a TNCS supply, you need to export the earth.(TT earth spike)

is this just if you are installing a CU into the gerden shed, or does it also include garden lighting as i will be using a remote switching wise-box located in the garden shed. Also there is an RCD twin socket being loacted in the shed.

many thanks - just wanted to confirm...

Doesn't "exporting" mean that for instance the garden shed cu would have the same TNCS earthing system (as the house). The alternative I think you mean is to earth the armoured at the house end only then put the shed cu on it's own system i.e. a rod.............
