The manufacturers will make any length you want so long as you order enough to make it worth their while. The 25’ lengths I accidentally ordered were originally for a new plant being built where there were very long runs. The stores were probably glad to see the back of them, I wasn’t exactly happy to see them when they arrived.
Much of my conduit work had to blend in with the original black japanned runs. Galvanised mixed in with japanned looks a bloody mess so my mate sprayed it black once installed.
