Crabtree white accessories (showing pictures of the range)

I quote......

"from 66p for 10 ex. vat" !!!!!!!!

I asked what was the 66p item ???? the 1 way light switch

i will have 10 of them please here is my 78p

thats what it says and if you cant honour it call the manager !!!

same thing happend to me with a metal assorted box of screws had it fr 13.00

should have been 25.00 it wa taken out of the book in 10 mS

if you think thats bad, there is a car parts shop near me. every time you go in there are at least 4 people at the counter, all taking orders etc over the phone. but even when there not, you still get ignored/have to wait a while... but i have been known to phone the shop, and ask for what i want over the phone....

Should phone them from your mobile when your in the shop and ask for what you want then say when the parts are ready give it to the bloke on the mobile at the counter as it is you that is phoning.

Has to be done from a lot of suppliers otherwise you're there for hours.

if you phone up from outside you can be in and out. They'll always stop serving you to answer the phone, or all sit in the office on the phone when you get there.
