Hi, i`m looking for enrichment ideas for apprentice electricians whilst they are at college

ive done an install in a couple, and a load of maintenance in them,

For us older members you need to define  the term " enrichment"  .  All we know is you do theory at college and practical at work .

Hmm dificult one, we visted Hinckley Point Nuclear power station, kind of interesting, but I would suggest some form of outward-bound course - too many kids think the real world only exists on a PC these days. High Rope courses seem to be very popular with the kids.
