Exasperating.

I am sooooooooo ***%^ off. The client and I have been given the run around to get the fuse pulled

When I finally got through to someone who knew what I was talking about their system crashed.

I let the client take over the phone calling from this point. He has booked for them to come and pull the fuse so I can fit an isolator switch pre work and CU upgrade. But they have requested a certificate for the isolation switch pre their visit............I have never been asked for this before, what would I put on a cert for a dead isolation switch????

Am I missing something???

Yes.......EDF (London). Really old main fuse, so need them to pull it, so I can do work.

I have had EDF around last year I think it was, to install an isolator and they didn't charge. Postcode lottery
