External light replacement

Hello, looking at replacing an external light. Existing setup is from light you have a blue and brown wire going into a three way from the house that has two blues on both sides with double brown in the middle.
New light also has a three way with two blues in the middle and two browns on both sides. In addition it has a red wire going into one of browns. Question is how do match the new light with the wiring coming from the house?

The numpty who fitted the old light hasn't helped you by cutting the CPC off!

Whilst the cpc may not be required at the light, it needs to be continuous to the end of the circuit.

I think the new light is a PIR switched one? The red wire will be the switched live between the PIR detector and the lamp.
L and N are clearly marked on the moulding.
On your existing wiring, and assuming the installer has done it correctly, the lower cable will be the supply whilst the upper one goes to the switch. The top blue wire should have a brown sleeve on it, indicating it is actually a switched live, and as already pointed out the cropped off earth wires should be sleeved green and connected together.
You now have choices:
1 The manual switch can turn the light off, so it will not light at all, or on to enable it to work if the PIR detects something.
2 The manual switch over-rides the PIR detector to bring the light on whether or not the PIR sees something.
3 Forget the manual switch and leave it to the PIR at all times.

Thanks for replying. Yes it is a PIR light. Would like it to run in PIR mode only please.

In that case just connect the supply (lower) cable to the terminals L (brown) and N (blue).
The cable to the switch can be removed or taped up and stowed away.
Please remember I an assuming the original wiring is as stated in first reply. An electrician would check that rather than assume.
And don't forget to turn your power off at the consumer unit before touching anything!
